Bluejay Pride MMA is now and has always been involved in promoting fitness in our community through not only our programs, but through standard forms of exercise as well. We provide training in many styles of anaerobic (weight) and aerobic/cardio exercise, including a boot camp style fitness course multiple times weekly.
